Referrals

It is the belief of the Mini Spa that referrals are the best way for us to successfully grow as a business. Every recommending customer receives a small token of thanks for referring their friends to the Mini Spa.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and want you to feel safe and comfortable visiting us. Please feel secure knowing that your information will not be shared with others.

Sanitation

We take pride in providing you with the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation.

Scheduling and Cancellations

When scheduling more than 1 appointment at a time, a credit card will be requested to secure the appointments. If you need to cancel the appointments a 24 hour notice is required. Otherwise a 50% fee will be charged.

Bridal Parties

The Mini Spa is small and unable to accommodate large bridal parties; generally, up to 5 people can be accommodated.

Customer Service

The employees who work at the Mini Spa are very passionate about their professions and they are grateful for the opportunity to serve their customers. We very much want to please our customers by continually providing superior service and results. If at any time you do not feel satisfied, we want you to tell us.

Communication

Monthly emails are sent out announcing events and monthly specials. This is the best way to receive current information. Please contact us a 508-393-8090 or by emailing us a
